Mirvac is proud to be announced as the preferred developer to partner with the NSW Government on the landmark renewal of Sydney’s historic Blackwattle Bay. This visionary project will reimagine the former Sydney Fish Market site into a vibrant, mixed-use precinct.

Subject to approvals and consultation, at its heart will be a 26,000-square-metre public domain designed as an ‘outdoor living room’ for the community, complemented by a new foreshore promenade and boardwalk completing the iconic 15-kilometre harbour walk.

Drawing on over five decades of experience in creating world-class precincts, Mirvac will deliver a sustainable, net zero carbon community that celebrates Sydney’s heritage and natural environment. Blackwattle Bay will reconnect Pyrmont and Glebe with the harbour, offering places to live, work, and play in one of the city’s most desirable locations.
